Our Rental Policy

What You Need to Know Before Arrival

Policies:

  • Please follow check in and check out times. A $100 early check in/late check out fee will be applied.
    • Check in 4PM
    • Check out 11AM
  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm your stay. The deposit is applied to the balance on your cabin.
    • Deposits are non-refundable.
    • Deposits are to be received within 7 days of making your reservations.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to your arrival will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. If we are able to re-book your cottage, you will receieve a refund less your 25% deposit.
  • Two-night minimum is required June thru August. Nightly rentals are welcome throughout the reminder of the year.
  • No tents allowed for extra sleeping on the property.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. This is strictly enforced. We ask that you please respect our awesome neighbors. Our neighbors are like family to us, and we ask that you treat them the same.
  • Please remove your shoes before entering cottages/lake homes.
  • NO SMOKING ALLOWED. This refers to anything and everything that can be smoked (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes etc). If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your waste afterward.
    • If smoking is detected inside a lake home or cottage, a $250 fee will apply.
  • No pets allowed. Although we love pets, we have this rule to respect other guests with pet allergies.
  • Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
  • All cottages and lake homes are on well water and septic. DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.
  • Number of guests:
    • No parties or events allowed. This included bachelor/bachelorette parties.
    • Ensure total guests match that on your booking. Additional, unaccounted for, guests will be asked to leave. This is bad for everyone!
  • Please take the trash out before you leave. The dumpster is located to the right of the pole barn.
    • If trash is left behind, a $35 fee will apply.
  • Make sure all dishes, and the coffee pot, are washed prior to your departure.
    • If dishes are left undone, a $35 fee will apply.
  • Any damages done to the property will be billed back to the guest at 1.5x the valued amount.

  • All bedding is provided; please bring your towels, all paper products & toiletries
  • All cabins and lake homes are equipped with full kitchens including utensils, flatware, pots and pans, a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, and stove/oven
  • Free wifi on resort grounds
  • TVs with Roku are provided in every cottage/lake home
  • Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, rowboat, swim raft, water trampoline, swingset and tetherball are welcome to be enjoyed
  • Stacked wood is provided for the communal bonfire pit
